Sauk Valley Bank (SVB) is pleased to welcome Toni Voegeli as the new Janesville AVP Retail Market Manager.

With more than 20 years of experience in retail and relationship banking, Toni brings a deep understanding of community-focused financial services and team leadership. Throughout her career, she has built strong customer relationships, supported sustainable business growth, and emphasized service excellence. Toni is widely recognized for her collaborative, people-first approach and her ability to develop engaged, high-performing teams.
Her background includes leadership roles such as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, and Relationship Banking Officer, where she guided branch operations and strengthened customer engagement. Toni has played an instrumental role in advancing relationship-driven strategies, establishing referral programs, and reinforcing a culture centered on trust, accountability, and community connection.

In her new role as AVP Retail Market Manager, Toni will be responsible for overseeing retail banking operations throughout the Janesville market. She will work closely with branch teams to promote operational consistency, support strategic initiatives, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Toni remains actively involved in the communities she
serves. Her involvement includes roles as a Monroe Chamber Ambassador, Noon Optimist Board
Member, Kiwanis Board Member, and participant in the Green County Leaders Class of 2024–2025.
She is a graduate of Monroe High School and is committed to making a positive impact both inside
and outside the bank.
