1.) Select “Wires” on the left side of the screen.
Note: You may have a “Payments” tab if you have other Cash Management permissions.
2.) Select “Create wire”
3.) Fill out each section shown in the image below:
Note: “Remittance information” is for additional information related to the payment.
4.) Click “Add creditor” to add account information. Click “Save.”
Note: only change “Instructed Agent” if there is an intermediary bank.
5.) Once you have filled out the required information, select “Create wire”
Note: If this will be a recurring wire, you have the option to select “save as template” for future use.
6.) Click the wire you need to initiate
7.) Click “Initiate.”
8.) Click “Initiate” again.
You will be prompted to enter your 2-factor authentication code.
9.) Your wire has now been initiated! You will receive a confirmation number for your wire.
Note: If you have initiated after the cutoff (2pm) you will see “Next Day”
