Dirk Meminger is President and CEO of Sauk Valley Bank, a position he assumed in November 2004.  He was Chief Financial Officer of the bank from July 1999 until assuming his current position. With over 30 years of experience  in the financial industry, Dirk provides  strategic oversight to the organization and works to ensure customers of Sauk Valley Bank are given the best service possible, helping local businesses and farmers grow and expand their operations.

He graduated from Augustana College with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. In addition to his management role, Dirk also enjoys reading, waterskiing and skiing the slopes in his free time.
