Can I use the Forgot Password function on the app?

No, you would need to access your Online Banking in order to do this.

Can I setup Online Banking for the first time in the app?

Unfortunately, no, but once you have set up your Online Banking you may begin using the app!

How is the SVB Mobile App Secure?

  • No information is stored on your phone
  • Passwords are entered every time you log in
  • After 6 minutes of inactivity, the app will timeout, and require you to re-enter your password.

What should I do if I lose my phone?

Contact your mobile phone provider and for added security, we recommend to change your online banking password.



What type of device can I download the app onto?

Apple, Android and Amazon devices.

Can I download the SVB Mobile app on my iPad and other tablets?

The SVB Mobile app is available to download on all tablets, but there is not a tablet specific app for iPad.
