COVID-19 Update:

As COVID-19 continues to disrupt our lives, Sauk Valley Bank wants to assure you that our priority remains the same; committed to providing responsive service to meet the needs of you, our customers.  

We understand this is a difficult time and to help alleviate the impact that some of our customers may experience related to the coronavirus, we’ve implemented COVID-19 Hardship & Loan Payment Assistance programs.

These initiatives and specialized programs have been built to focus on providing assistance to our consumers and businesses during this time of uncertainty.

COVID-19 Update:

Yesterday we brought you an update regarding our continually evolving plan on keeping our customers, employees and communities safe amid concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19. We understand the heightened level of concern related to the spread of COVID-19 and we recognize that this may be an unsettling time for everyone.

Due to the latest reports and updates, Sauk Valley Bank has made the decision to work towards safeguarding the health and well-being of our customers, employees and their families. Accordingly, we have decided to temporarily close our lobbies for our Sterling, Rock Falls, Dixon and Janesville-WI locations, effective March 18, 2020, until further notice. We are dedicated to ensuring that you have access to the financial resources and services you need, as such, all of our drive-thru services will remain open during this time and we will also be making ourselves available by appointment only, for those customers who need further assistance.

What is SVB doing to continue to serve customers?

In addition to ensuring our drive-thru services will remain open and providing availability for appointment only service, we are extending our Solutions Center hours in order to provide support by phone for all customers who require banking assistance. Our Solutions Center hours will be Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6:00pm and Sat, 8:00-12:00, until further notice.

Again, we are strongly encouraging our customers to make use of our digital banking service for 24/7 account access.

Utilize Digital Channels for:

  • Checking your balance
  • Viewing transactions
  • Paying bills
  • and more…

To utilize digital services, be sure to enroll in online account access. Then, you can access your accounts online or by downloading the SVB Mobile app.

With the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, Sauk Valley Bank is continually monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as any information provided from our state and local health authorities, in an effort to do everything we can to keep our customers, employees and communities safe.

We understand the concerns you may be experiencing but would like to assure you that we are committed to providing responsive service to meet the needs of our customers regarding this situation as it continues to develop. We are dedicated to ensuring that you have access to the financial resources and services you need.

We strongly encourage our customers to use our digital banking service for self-service banking with 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online or by using the Sauk Valley Bank mobile app. Easily make payments, view transactions, check balances, find the nearest ATM and more.
